Q: Can the power bank charge the MacBook Pro 13" 2017?
A: Yes, it can. It can provide the power to charge MacBook Pro from 0% to 40% when the battery power is 100%.
Q: How many times can it charge iPhone X?
A: It could charge at least 1 full cycle charge on iPhone X.
Q: Do I need a USB-A to USB-C to charge Power Go or can I use the USB-C to USB-C cable?
A: You can charge Power Go with both cables, but a certified USB-C to USB-C cable and Power Delivery chargers (power sources) will let you charge much faster, so we would recommend you to use the USB-C to USB-C cable in the package to charge Power Go.
Q: Can this turn off after the phone is charged and back on to keep it charged?
A: VogDUO Power Go will keep charging your phone till your phone does not need charging. If your phone does not need power, the Power Go will stop delivering power. So yes, if your phone is fully charged and stopped needing power, then the Power Go will turn itself off.
Q: How many devices can one charge at the same time?
A: Two -- one via a USB-C cable and one via a standard USB-A cable. Note that only the USB-C cable supports Power Delivery, but the standard USB-A port does support Max.12W (5V2.4A) output.
Q: Can you charge the power bank through the USB-C port while the power bank is charging another device through USB-A port?
A: Yes, you can recharge the power bank while it is charging another device simultaneously. However, we don't suggest you always do this as it will reduce the battery lifespan of both the power bank and your device.
Q: Is there any problems with airport security or will I have to leave it at home
A: Our VogDUO Power Go 10000mAh power bank is 37.4Watt, thus it can be taken on an airplane within a carried luggage.
Q: The LED close to the USB-A port blinks constantly while charging overnight, no change. It will not charge my iPhone 6 or Android tablet. Defective?
A: If all the LED close to the USB-A port starts to blink, It is because the Self - Protection mode has been turned on, both USB input and output are disabled. To restore functionality, disconnect all connections and wait 10 seconds, then long press the button to reset the Power Go. If the problem remains, please kindly contact us with your order number and current address via [email protected] so we can exchange a new one.
Q: Can Power Go charge my iPhone 6?
A: Yes it will charge anything that can be charged from USB. It will also auto adjust the amperage to make sure it doesn’t charge too fast on certain devices. This prevents the battery and device from damage.
